Absolutely brilliant experience. The accommodation (Ravenscraig guest house) and food was spot on for both quality and the location. Bike security and facilities for wash and repair was excellent. Our guide, Mike Wilkes couldn’t have done a better job of informing and including all the riders in our group. The routes ticked all the boxes and the trails and views will be memories to last a lifetime. Bought the ticket, had a great ride😁👍

I have just got back from a week at Chalet Chappelle in Morzine and I was blown away by the MTB Beds experience and their team. It is insane value for money when you consider the quality of accommodation, food and facilities. Everybody there was super friendly and full of useful local knowledge and positive energy. The whole holiday was very slick and well run and it helped us all to have an awesome time. I will certainly be coming back to MTB Beds for my next trip. Ben
Apartment Encoches is a bright, freshly built property situated in a new build chalet zone on the sunny side of the Morzine valley. It’s elevation gives not only a peaceful stay, it gives you sun into the late evening and amazing views to Le Pleney, Nyon and Ressechaux. With easy access to the Super Morzine lifts 200 meters away, the vast Portes du Soleil trail network is at your finger tips. As well as having a trail finishing metres from your front door this is a perfect apartment for mountain biking in Morzine.
Apartment Encoches has 2 bedrooms and a coin montagne, two are located on the 1st floor and include a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with access to the balcony and breathtaking views of the valley, the second is a twin bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and a breathtaking view of Morzine. The third sleeping area is a 'coin montagne' located on the ground floor and is perfect for children or single adults with large built-in bunk beds which are very solid. Built into the hillside, this room stays very cool during the summer months and offers great separation for families. The bedrooms also have plenty of storage space.
The apartment benefits from a very high level of finish with a new kitchen, a huge sofa, WiFi, a flat screen TV and a superb terrace. All utilities are present, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. This superb apartment is like a home from home with a luxurious touch.
There is private parking outside and a garage for all your mountain bikes and summer activity equipment. The garage is equipped with a ParkTool work stand, track pumps and cleaning brushes to accompany Karcher Jet wash, bike cleaner and Peaty's cleaning and chain lube products.
This magnificent Morzine property would suit all customers looking for a well-equipped, high-quality mountain bike and family friendly accommodation in Morzine. This is not suitable for customers who want to party because there are neighbors in the same block. The property is equipped with all the facilities you may need for a summer holiday in Morzine or for specific mountain biking or road cycling holidays in Morzine.

Deposit Payment
To secure your property a 30% booking deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable and the full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival in Morzine.
NB - Prices included linen, towels and end of stay clean, if the property is left very dirty there will be a charge on your damage deposit.

Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 10AM
Tourist Taxes are collected by us and are payable directly to the town hall. This city tax is charged dependent on the number of people staying in the property.
