About Chalet Fleurette - Morzine in Morzine

Chalet Fleurette is a traditional French building that blends into the old Savoyard surroundings of Morzine so well you hardly notice it's there. Sitting in the very centre of the village with such easy access to the Pleney and Super Morzine mountain bike trails this is a little gem, affordable to all. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 people, secure garage with Karcher jet wash, work stand, cleaning brushes and an alarm so your bikes are always safe, this is the perfect self catered property in Morzine if you are on a budget or a smaller group wanting more space.

Chalet Fleurette benefits from 3 bedrooms, the first being the bunk room on the first floor with an access door that closes the room off to the lounge and hall area. This room also provides access to the two top floor bedrooms. On the second floor there is a spacious twin bedroom with an ensuite containing a wash basin and toilet. This room also has a balcony with stunning views across to Avoriaz and Super Morzine. The third bedroom is a double with balcony, again a good size and with great views over to the Pleney trails.

The chalet benefits from a good size kitchen with all the essentials needed for a self catered holiday in Morzine. With a fridge freezer, microwave and oven, 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher and large dining table, you have all you need to cook up a storm after a hard day riding, or pop out to the local takeaway or restaurants only metres away.

There is a separate bathroom and WC on the first floor, along with a toilet and sink in the twin room, so plenty to go round in the mornings. There is a good sized front room with two sofas and two chairs, along with a flat screen TV, UK Freeview and WiFi throughout the chalet. The chalet has a big garden facing the Pleney trails and a balcony from the lounge to the front of the property. There is a great space for relaxing on the grass in the hot summer months and tinkering with those bikes. There is plenty of private parking at the rear of the property and even the garage if needed.

What is Morzine like right now?

For the most part, like any other year! Just add masks, sanitiser, signage and a dash of social responsibility. Wash your hands regularly, use the sanisters provided.

The trails are running prime, the extra efforts of the shapers across resorts this year is noticeable and the weather has been peachy after a rainy June, the rest of summer 2020 is looking good!

The Avoriaz MTB Team have been putting in the hard yards for over a decade, the slopes of Super Morzine have become a mecca for park rats, DH shredders and families alike with their well built and thoughtful approach to trail design that is rad where it needs to be, safe where it should be and offers features and trails to suit beginners all the way up to seasoned pro's.

Aosta, the focal point of the vast, stunning mountain scape that makes up the Aosta Valley. It's not only a beautiful landscape, it's a stunning city filled with culture, great food, good people, cool bars, Roman ruins and the hustle and bustle of a cosmopolitan city.

It's a large city that's geographically quite spread out, with several different lieu-dits or suburbs. But the actual town centre itself is small, walked in under 15 minutes and all sprawling off the same cobbled streets that was the centre of this Roman gateway town centuries ago.
