I have just got back from a week at Chalet Chappelle in Morzine and I was blown away by the MTB Beds experience and their team. It is insane value for money when you consider the quality of accommodation, food and facilities. Everybody there was super friendly and full of useful local knowledge and positive energy. The whole holiday was very slick and well run and it helped us all to have an awesome time. I will certainly be coming back to MTB Beds for my next trip. Ben

Just home from the Tweed Valley Enduro Long Weekend with MTB Beds. Wow what a weekend. Epic riding, superb guides, great accommodation and some more epic riding. A superb intro to the Tweed Valley and the riding on offer at Glentress, The Golfie and Innerleithen. Rich and The MTB Beds team are superb - helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and Murray and the Team at Glentress Hotel were brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.
Chalet Petit Claire is a 4 bedroom detached chalet in the centre of Morzine, only 200m from the Super Morzine gondola and 400m from the tourist office. With a lovely private garden and terrace, it's central location gives enough privacy for you to enjoy a beer and work on your bike after a long day on the hill but still be a stones throw from the action.
The chalet will be undergoing a light renovation before the first MTB Beds clients arrive in June 2023. New lounge and kitchen furnishings, a large flatscreen TV, carpets, beds, a lick of paint and some bathroom upgrades will all occur during the Spring season.
The ground floor has the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, with two French doors opening out onto the terrace and garden. the first bedroom is found on the ground floor and this is the smallest room, a twin/double. It does have it's own bathroom, which is not ensuite. There is a large garage with internal access just off from the entrance way.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a separate toilet. There are two well sized twin/double rooms and a quad room, which can be easily downsized to a triple for a little extra room if you need it. Despite being so close to one of Morzine's busiest roads you will here next to no street noise as the windows and doors are very well sealed and insulated.

Deposit Payment
To secure your property a 30% booking deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable and the full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival in Morzine.
NB - Prices included linen, towels and end of stay clean, if the property is left very dirty there will be a charge on your damage deposit.

Check In / Check Out & Tourist Tax
Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 10AM
If you arrive early please let us know and we will do what we can to let you in once cleaning and welcome packs are arranged.
Tourist Taxes are collected by us and are payable directly to the town hall. This city tax is charged dependent on the number of people staying in the property.
Outside you'll have a BBQ, nice lawn and everything you need to relax after a days riding the trails of the Portes du Soleil. The garage is supplied with a stand, pump and a cleaning kit from Peaty's Products to help keep your bike running smoothly. There is also a bike wash area.
Of course, by booking with MTB Beds you'll have access to our hire bike fleet from Specialized, including the Turbo Levo's, Day Trips and Guided Tours in Morzine and beyond and in resort help when you need it from our team.
