Apartment Sauvageonne One is located only 200 metres from the Super Morzine mountain bike lift. Providing you with easy access to the vast Portes du Soleil mountain bike and hiking trails. The property is set up perfectly for mountain bike holidays in Morzine with a secure garage and the ability to ride directly to the lifts and back to the chalet from the trails. This property is also great for families with a garden and terrace for BBQ’s and for the children to play.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms sleeping six people. The first is a quad room with two full-size adult bunk beds, these are built from solid wood, this room also has access onto a private balcony with those amazing views across Morzine. The second bedroom is a double room suitable for an individual or couple. The apartment is very spacious with a large dining table, sofa and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the bikes. The lounge and dining area provides access onto your own balcony with amazing views across Morzine. The balcony has a table and chairs looking across to the Super Morzine lift, the Nyon mountain and all the Morzine peaks surrounding you.
The garage and terrace is shared with apartment Sauvageonne 2, which is directly above your apartment, it is an MTB Beds property. Some great friendships have been made between families and clients staying here over the years! The large terrace area has a plancha gas barbecue and outside seating with a long dining table.
The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with a great breakfast island and service counter which is great for socialising and keeping the kids out of the kitchen if necessary. The kitchen is equipped with all the white goods you would need and ample utensils, cutlery and crockery, including a dishwasher. This property is used as a catered chalet in the ski season.
The bathroom is spacious and has a shower over the bath with a separate sink and toilet. There is also another shower room on the ground floor of the chalet that can be used. There is a wash and dry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your clothes and wires to dry your wet kit on if the skies do open, also located on the ground floor to preserve your space in the apartment.
The secure garage is equipped with a Parktool stand, track pump, cleaning brushes, loam foam and lube from Peaty's. Yhis is shared with the apartment above you. If you are in Morzine to mountain bike it's essential to have these great additional facilities to hand.

To secure your property a 30% booking deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable and the full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival in Morzine.
Under the current Covid situation we are happy to offer date swaps free of charge within the season and bookings will be refunded in full or again moved to an alternative date if the FCO advise against travel. The situation is ever changing and we are being as flexible as possible, if you have any concerns please get in touch.
NB - Prices included linen, towels and end of stay clean, if the property is left very dirty there will be a charge on your damage deposit.

Amazing trip in the Tweed Valley, 4 days of brilliant trails and expertly guided by Craig. Great location as well based from the Glentress Hotel.

Good choice of chalets and fairly priced for the area. MTB hire and mechanic were awesome, definitely reccomend if your travelling for MTB. Chalet staff were the only downside to our holiday, came across rude and unorganized when we arrived. Didn't tell us alot about the chalet and don't provide enough essentials for the week (eg. Toilet roll and bin bags) however, all being said, this can definitely be improved and we will be staying again in the future 🤙🇫🇷
