What does the Morzine/Avoriaz Lift pass cover

There are a few different types of lift passes available for mountain biking in Morzine, here we will explain what area is covered when you purchase the simple Morzine & Avoriaz MTB lift pass. This lift pass is the cheapest option for your MTB holiday in Morzine but it does limit you to certain areas of the Portes du Soleil. If it is your first holiday in Morzine and your are of a beginner / intermediate level rider this will be perfect for 3/4 days with an upgrade to the full Portes Du Soleil lift pass for a day or two.

These lifts will provide you with plenty of riding including taking you to the highest point in the Portes du Soleil, the Mossettes lift sitting at 2400M. Here you have some incredible views of Switzerland and France. Don't drop down into Les Crozets as you wont be able to get back.

Morzine and Portes du Soleil lift pass prices for 2017

The Morzine and Portes du Soleil lift pass prices for 2017 have just been released and although there is a slight increase on the 2016 summer season prices in Morzine it's nothing serious. Brexit has not struck just yet.. 

If you have been to Morzine before and you are an experienced mountain biker with good knowledge of the trails in Morzine then you should opt for the full Portes du Soleil MTB pass. This allows you to access the trails in Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel, Champery, Morgins, Mt Chery and so on. This area is a mountain bike mecca, a week is never enough.

Purchasing your lift pass could not be easier

If you are staying with MTB BEDS we can purchase your lift passes for you and have them ready in your accommodation waiting for you. Your lift passes can not be pre paid for but will be available at your accommodation instead of the lift office.

We offer this on six day passes only, original price is €111 and we can do it for €103 including the hands free magnetic card which if you keep will reduce your pass next time your buy one by €3. We require you to arrive at your property before 17:30 is arriving on a Saturday as the lift office closes and 18:00. Make sure you have your cash ready!

It's that time of year once again that we are working on the release of our booking dates for Morzine, Finale Ligure, Aosta and a few new resorts for next year. 2020 is proving slightly more tricky with Boris at the helm and a decision on Brexit looming. 

After a pretty mental season filled with lots of travelling and exploring some of the most stunning places in Europe, it was finally time to jump on a plane and head to Canada. Although I had had some awesome in stage results in both Canazei and Les Orres, my overall results were not anything close to what I am capable of (141st & 126th). This unfortunately left me still stuck racing in the EWS 100 race which although the same format as the main event, isn't where I want to be.
