Fantastic week of riding in Finale Ligure. Top class guiding, excellent hosting, nothing was too much trouble for the MTB Beds team. Will definitely use again.

Just home from the Tweed Valley Enduro Long Weekend with MTB Beds. Wow what a weekend. Epic riding, superb guides, great accommodation and some more epic riding. A superb intro to the Tweed Valley and the riding on offer at Glentress, The Golfie and Innerleithen. Rich and The MTB Beds team are superb - helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and Murray and the Team at Glentress Hotel were brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.
Chalet Fleurettes is a traditional French self catered property located in Morzine that blends into the old Savoyard surroundings so you hardly notice it's there. Sitting in the very centre of the Morzine village with easy access to the Pleney and Super Morzine mountain bike trails and lift systems this is a little gem of a self catered property affordable to all with ample parking for cars and vans.
With three bedrooms sleeping 6 people, secure garage with a bike wash, work stand, cleaning brushes and an alarm so your bikes are always safe, this is the perfect self catered mountain bike holiday rental property in Morzine if you are on a budget or a smaller group wanting more space with out sacrificing any of the essential facilities!
Chalet Fleurettes benefits from 3 bedrooms, the first being the bunk room on the first floor with an access door that closes the room off to the lounge and hall area. This room also provides access to the two top floor bedrooms. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with an internal wash basin and toilet. This room also has stunning views across to Avoriaz and Super Morzine. The third bedroom is a twin room, again a good size and with great views over to the Pleney trails.
The chalet benefits from a good size kitchen with all the essentials needed for a self catered holiday in Morzine. With a fridge, microwave and oven, 4 ring induction hob, dishwasher and large dining table, you have all you need to cook up a storm after a hard day riding, or pop out to the local takeaway or restaurants only metres away.
There is a separate bathroom and WC on the first floor, along with a toilet and sink in the double room, so plenty to go round in the mornings. There is a good sized front room with two sofas and two chairs, along with a TV, UK Freeview and WiFi throughout the chalet. The chalet has a big garden facing the Pleney trails and a balcony from the lounge to the front of the property. There is a great space for relaxing on the grass in the hot summer months and tinkering with those bikes. There is plenty of private parking at the rear of the property and even the garage if needed.

Deposit Payment
To secure your property a 30% booking deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable and the full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival in Morzine.
NB - Prices included linen, towels and end of stay clean, if the property is left very dirty there will be a charge on your damage deposit.

Check In / Check Out & Tourist Tax
Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 10AM
Tourist Taxes are collected by us and are payable directly to the town hall. This city tax is charged dependent on the number of people staying in the property.
